Wonderful time! We arrived on a very wet Saturday and not in the best of moods as soaked. This quickly changed due to the attention and care from staff. We asked if we could be switched to a room with a bath (which was granted) and they came out with a cake for our little girls’ birthday. Staff introduced themselves and escorted us to our room. Breakfast is incredibly generous and staff take great care with the management of this. Not 100% sure but think it was the owner who saw our daughter’s birthday balloon and gave her a statue. All staff were wonderful with her and the decor is different but enjoyable. Thank you so much and see you next time. Location is good, if you are able to walk a little bit.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Lovely warm place with delicious food. A Truly Wonderful Hotel – We Will Definitely Be Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing hotel! Beautifully decorated with paintings, greenery and unique details — it feels like staying in a little museum! The atmosphere is warm, peaceful and homely, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and attentive, always resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The service is truly outstanding! Breakfast was fantastic, and we also enjoyed delicious homemade-style lunches and dinners. A perfect place to relax and feel at home. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be returning again!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

A Hotel With A Soul... This weekend was my second stay at the Limehouse Library Hotel (the other being exactly a year ago). Other reviews will mention the uniqueness of this hotel. Believe them. But it fairness, it does have to be seen to be believed. The attention to detail from reception, the bar (main & rooftop), the restaurant, the rooms and everywhere else is phenomenal. Every room is dedicated to a different historical person and/or writer. Outside every room is plaque about that person. The TV will play a short video telling you about them. The room is decorated to match them and will include a book by or about them. The staff are great. Nothing is ever too much trouble. And I can guarantee that you will meet the owner, Önder Şahan during your stay. For Şahan, the hotel is not just a business. It started as a dream in 2014 and came to fruition in 2022. He filled it with his passion for great food, a truly unique destination and a desire to retain the library's place in the heart of the culture and heritage of the local community. One of the staff said that they felt the place 'has a soul'. I believe that Şahan is the heart of that soul! I will always jump at any chance to stay in this amazing hotel.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()
