COVID-19 FAQs

Looking after our team and guests always will be our first priority.

Our Team Members will continue to wear face coverings when interacting with guests in public, indoor areas.

We ask for our guests’ responsible cooperation during this time and strongly encourage those who aren’t fully vaccinated to wear face coverings indoors and for all to social distance wherever feasible. Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth as generally described by the NHS guidelines are acceptable. If a guest does not have an acceptable face covering, one will be provided by the hotel free of charge. Indoor public spaces in hotels may include any location where a guest or visitor may interact with other guests, visitors or Team Members outside of a guestroom. This may include but is not limited to lobbies, hallways, restaurants & bars (while not eating or drinking), fitness or business centers, event space, etc.

We have taken additional cleaning measures in our hotels, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

Our hotel can ensure safety and comfort for our guests with the enhanced technologies, including sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces.

High-touch areas will be sanitized throughout the hotel on a regular basis.

Hand sanitizing stations have been added to public and high-traffic areas throughout our hotels.

We take the utmost care to ensure every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable. We care and we will protect our guests and employees by introducing additional measures to safeguard their wellbeing.
