Turkish bath – Exfoliating mitt + Foam massage

Turkish baths, also known as hammams, are an essential component of the culture in nations like Turkey and Morocco. They are created to cleanse the body and calm the mind. The traditional Turkish hammam is referred to as a setting that promotes physical and spiritual purification by assisting with muscular relaxation and rest.

Express massage – 15min

Whilst an express massage does not involve a full-body massage, you will select a certain area to concentrate on. To make the most efficient use of your time and achieve the best results, we will only treat one part of your body, usually concentrating on a trouble spot.

Swedish massage – 30min / 50min / 70min

Swedish massage manipulates the soft tissue of various muscle groups all over the body, relieving any tension that has built up in the muscles. Its goal is to relax the entire body. For relaxation, nothing beats a massage like this.

Deep Tissue massage – 50min / 70min

Realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue is the main focus of deep tissue massage. Using gentle strokes and deep finger pressure on the tight areas, either following or going over the fibres of the muscles, tendons, and fascia, it tries to relieve the chronic patterns of tension in the body. You can experience a little discomfort or a little pain during a deep tissue massage in the troublesome areas.

Head massage – 20min

A head massage may ease tension and help with stress management. In addition to the sensory pleasure it provides, a head massage may reduce blood pressure, enhance blood flow to the head and neck, and lessen the discomfort of migraines or headaches.

Foot massage – 20min

Foot massage enhances blood flow, energizes muscles, eases tension, and frequently lessensl discomfort. Better circulation can be promoted by the massage techniques utilized by increasing blood flow to the feet and lower extremities.
